If you are applying as a 501(c)(3) rescue organization you are not required to apply for Care Credit. Continue to step 3
IMOM funds are very, very limited. For that reason we must ask that you apply to IMOM only as a last resort.
If your veterinarian accepts Care Credit you are required to apply for Care Credit before requesting financial aid from IMOM. Your approval for Care Credit does not necessarily mean you will not qualify for aid from IMOM. You must complete the application process before we can determine whether or not we can help.
If your veterinarian does not accept Care Credit there is no need to apply for Care Credit and you may proceed to the next step.
Care Credit is not affiliated with IMOM. You can usually apply through your veterinarian. You can also apply online from the Care Credit web site.
You will need to provide IMOM with proof that you have applied for Care Credit, if your veterinarian accepts Care Credit. Be sure to have a copy of your letter of approval or denial. If you apply Online you will be able to print the letter.
